To enhance the service of New Territories GMB Route No. 59A (Sheung Shui Heung – Sheung Shui Station)(Circular), it will be partially re-routed with additional pick-up and drop-off points provided with effect from 8 December 2024 (Friday). Details are as follows:

(1) Routeing

Sheung Shui Heung to Sheung Shui Station (Circular): via Sheung Shui Tung Hing Road, Sheung Shui Heung carpark (near Wai Loi Tsuen), Sheung Shui Tung Hing Road, Po Wan Road, access road to Man Kok Village, Po Wan Road, San Po Street, San Wan Road, Lung Sum Avenue, Lung Wan Street, San Wan Road, Lung Sum Avenue, Jockey Club Road, Fu Hing Street, San Fung Avenue, San Wan Road, San Po Street, Sheung Shui Tung Hing Road, Sheung Shui Heung carpark (near Wai Loi Tsuen), Sheung Shui Tung Hing Road, Po Wan Road, access road to Man Kok Village, Po Wan Road and Sheung Shui Tung Hing Road.

(2) Major Pick-up and Drop-off Points

1. Sheung Shui Heung Terminus near Sheung Shui Heung Village Office
2. Man Kok Village
3. San Wan Road eastbound near Cambridge Plaza [New pick-up and drop-off point]
4. San Wan Road eastbound near Former Shek Wu Hui Bus Depot [New pick-up and drop-off point]
5. Sheung Shui Station GMB Terminus
6. Fu Hing Street near Shek Wu Hui Playground [New pick-up and drop-off point]
7. 105 San Fung Road southbound opposite Shek Wu Hui Post Office

The existing pick-up and drop-off point on San Fung Road northbound near Shek Wu Hui Post Office will be cancelled. Passengers heading for Sheung Shui Heung can use the new pick-up and drop-off point on No.105 San Fung Road southbound opposite the Shek Wu Hui Post Office.

The fare and headway of this GMB route will remain unchanged. The GMB operator will post notices at terminus and stopping points to inform passengers of the above service changes in advance.
