Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Ying Yip Road, Tseung Kwan O

Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the water works, the following traffic and transport arrangements will be temporarily implemented on Ying Yip Road, Tseung Kwan O from 7:00 a.m. on 12 April 2025 to 7:00 p.m. on 23 April 2025:

A. Road Closure

The section of the slow lane on Ying Yip Road northbound from a point about 90 meters north of its roundabout with Po Ning Road to a point about 130 meters north of the same roundabout will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B. Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Ying Yip Road northbound to Chap Fuk Road eastbound.

C. Traffic Diversion

Vehicles on Ying Yip Road northbound heading to Chap Fuk Road eastbound will be diverted via Ying Yip Road northbound, Ying Yip Road roundabout, Ying Yip Road southbound and Chap Fuk Road eastbound.

D. Public Transport Arrangements

GMB Routes Nos.11, 11A and 11S heading to Hang Hau Village will be diverted via Ying Yip Road northbound, Ying Yip Road roundabout, Ying Yip Road southbound and Chap Fuk Road eastbound before resuming their original routeings.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists and road users. Public transport operator will display notice to notify passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
