Traffic Notices

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 28 March 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. 1. The western kerbside lane of Tai Ho Road northbound near Tsuen Wan Donor Centre from its junction with Castle Peak Road – Tsuen Wan westbound to a point about 60 metres south of the same junction; and
   2. The southern kerbside lane of Castle Peak Road – Tsuen Wan westbound from its junction with Tai Ho Road northbound near Tsuen Wan Donor Centre to a point about six metres west of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily on the above road sections will be rescinded.
