Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Chapter 374G)
Restricted Zone on Tsuen Lok Street, Tsuen Wan
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 28 March 2025, the northern kerbside lane of Tsuen Lok Street from its junction with Kwan Mun Hau Street to a point about 10 metres west of the same junction will be designated as restricted zone from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. and from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except taxis and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

- picking up or setting down passengers; or
- loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone 24 hours daily on the above road sections will be rescinded.
