Temporary Traffic Arrangements on the Unnamed Access Road connecting Hung Tai Road and Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu, Yuen Long
Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate pedestrian crossing improvement works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on the section of the unnamed access road connecting Hung Tai Road and Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu eastbound from 09.00 am on 27 February 2025 to 05.00 pm on 31 March 2025:
The section of the unnamed access road connecting Hung Tai Road and Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu eastbound from its junction with Hung Tai Road to a point about 107 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.
(II) Banning of Turning Movement-
- All vehicles exceeding 8 metres in length will be temporarily prohibited from making left-turn from Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu eastbound onto the unnamed access road connecting Hung Tai Road; and
- All vehicles will be temporarily prohibited from making right-turn from Hung Tai Road eastbound onto the unnamed access road connecting Hung Tai Road.

- Affected vehicles at Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu eastbound near Park Nara heading for Hung Tai Road will be diverted via Hung Tin Road northbound, Hung Shui Kiu Tin Sam Road westbound and Hung Tai Road southbound; and
- Affected vehicles on Hung Tai Road eastbound heading for Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu eastbound will be diverted via the Hung Tai Road westbound, Hung Pak Road westbound, Hung Shui Kiu Main Street southbound and Castle Peak Road – Hung Shui Kiu eastbound.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.
