TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements in Shanghai Street and Kansu Street, Yau Ma Tei
Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. daily on 10 February 2025 and 30 April 2025:
(A) Lane Closure
The following traffic lane will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:-
(i) The middle lane of Shanghai Street from its junction with Market Street to a point about 35 metres north of the same junction; and
(ii) The slow lane of Shanghai Street from a point about 5 metres south of its junction with Market Street to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction.
(B) Banning of Turning Movement
(i) All vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length will be temporarily prohibited from making left turn from Shanghai Street southbound onto Kansu Street eastbound; and
(ii) All vehicles exceeding 10 metres in length will be temporarily prohibited from making right turn from Kansu Street westbound onto Temple Street northbound.
Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
