Extension of Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Chung Nga Road, Tai Po

Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements on Chung Nga Road will continue to be implemented until 6.00 pm on 31 May 2025:-

(I) Relocation of Motorcycle Parking Spaces

8 nos. of motorcycle parking spaces on Chung Nga Road southbound near Chung Mei House will be temporarily relocated to the layby at Chung Nga Road southbound near Hong Kong Red Swastika Society Tai Po Secondary School.

(II) Public Transport Arrangements

1. The bus stops of KMB Route No. 72X, LWB Route Nos. A47X and NA47 on Chung Nga Road southbound near Hong Kong Red Swastika Society Tai Po Secondary School will be temporarily relocated about 100 meters westwards.
2. The bus stops of KMB Route No. 72X, LWB Route Nos. A47X and NA47 on Chung Nga Road northbound near Ban Tip House, Fu Tip Estate will be temporarily relocated about 100 meters westwards.
3. Passengers may take the existing green minibus services at the above locations.

Notices will be displayed by public transport operators to inform passengers of the above arrangement. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on-site to guide motorists.
