Traffic Notices
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.00 midnight on 17 January 2025, the access road adjacent to the northbound carriageway of the Shing Fung Road Roundabout (near Kai Tak Bridge Road) (please refer to the Figure for exact location) will be designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily (except franchised buses).
Drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchise buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles into the above prohibited zone.
The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
