Temporary Traffic Arrangements on the
Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (Zhuhai and Macao bound)
To facilitate the enhanced traffic management by the Zhuhai side, members of the public are advised that the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge ("HZMB"):
From 8.00 am on 13 December 2024 to 11.59 pm on 22 December 2024
- the left and middle lanes of the section of HZMB (Zhuhai and Macao bound) between San Shek Wan turnaround facility and a point about 1.3 km to the west of San Shek Wan turnaround facility will be temporarily closed. Vehicles heading to Zhuhai and Macao have to use the right lane; and
- the middle lane of the section of HZMB (Zhuhai and Macao bound) between a point about 1.3 km to the west of San Shek Wan turnaround facility and the Eastern Artificial Island will be temporarily closed. Vehicles heading to Zhuhai have to use the left lane, while vehicles heading to Macao have to use the right lane.
The Transport Department anticipates that journey time along the above section of HZMB may be lengthened. During the implementation of the above temporary traffic arrangements, motorists are advised to drive with care and patience, and follow the traffic signage on site.
