Traffic Notices

    In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 20 December 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. the section of King Fung Path from a point about 120 metres south of its junction with King San Path to a point about 150 metres south of the same junction; and
2. the section of northern kerbside lane of King Fung Path from a point about 10 metres east of its junction with King Sau Lane to a point about 70 metres east of the same junction.

    Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

    The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

    At the same time, the restricted zones gazetted in G.N. No. 197 on 11 January 2013 and G.N. No. 3994 on 1 June 2018 will be rescinded.
