Traffic Notices
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 20 December 2024, the section of San Tak Street from a point about 20 metres east of its junction with San Wo Lane to a point about 70 metres east of the same junction will be designated a restricted zone 24 hours daily.
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-
- picking up or setting down passengers; or
- loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
At the same time, the restricted zones gazetted in G.N. No. 3055 on 19 May 2000 and G.N. No. 5835 on 21 September 2001 will be rescinded.
