ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONES ON HIN WO LANE, SHA TIN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 18 October 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. The western kerbside lane of Hin Wo Lane westbound from a point about 60 metres west of its junction with Hin Keng Street to a point about 95 metres west of the same junction;
   2. The eastern kerbside lane of Hin Wo Lane eastbound from a point about 75 metres west of its junction with Hin Keng Street to a point about 120 metres west of the same junction; and
   3. The southern kerbside lane of Hin Wo Lane southbound from its junction with Hin Wo Lane eastbound to a point about 45 metres north of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
