Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements at Mui Wo Bus Terminus, Lantau Island

       Notice is hereby given that, to facilitate construction works, temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented at the Mui Wo Bus Terminus from 9 a.m. on 22 June 2024 (Saturday) to 6 a.m. on 22 February 2025 (Saturday). Details are as follows:

  1. Road Closure

    The section of Mui Wo Ferry Pier Road connecting the Mui Wo Bus Terminus will be temporarily closed.

  2. Traffic Diversion

    Affected vehicles heading for the Mui Wo Bus Terminus will be temporarily diverted via Mui Wo Ferry Pier Road and the unnamed access road connecting Mui Wo Ferry Pier Road near Mui Wo Centre.

  3. Public Transport Arrangements

    The taxi stand at the Mui Wo Bus Terminus will be temporarily relocated to the unnamed access road connecting Mui Wo Ferry Pier Road opposite Mui Wo Centre. The bus routes of the Mui Wo Bus Terminus will be re-arranged as follows:

NLB Route No. 3M (Mui Wo – Tung Chung Station Bus Terminus)
The second southernmost bus bay NLB Route Nos. 1 and N1 (Mui Wo – Tai O)
The third southernmost bus bay NLB Route No. 4 (Mui Wo – Tong Fuk)
The fourth southernmost bus bay NLB Route Nos. A35 and N35 (Mui Wo – Hong Kong Port of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Public Transport Interchange)

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care. Notices will be displayed by the bus company to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements in advance.
