In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.00 a.m. on 20 June 2024 to 1.00 a.m. on 30 April 2025, the section of Jockey Club Road northbound from a point about 135 metres south of its junction with the slip road leading to Wong Kong Shan Village to a point about 80 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

          At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
