Motorists are advised that with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 19 April 2024, 1 disabled person's parking space will be provided at Kai Lok Street westbound near Kowloon Bay Playground.

        Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.
