In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 5.00 a.m. on 26 November 2023, the section of Shatin Pass Road between the entrance of Wong Tai Sin Public Light Bus (Scheduled) Service Terminus and Lung Cheung Road will be designated as prohibited zone for public light buses 24 hours daily.

Drivers of all public light buses, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving public light buses into the above prohibited zone 24 hours daily.

The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
