Extension of Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangement on Ying Tung Road, Tung Chung
Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangement will continue to be implemented on Ying Tung Road until 12.00 midnight on 10 January 2024:-
- The bus stops of NLB Route no. 37, CTB Routes no. E11A, E11B, E21A, E21D, E21X, E22S, S52A and S56 and green minibus stop of GMB Route 901 at Ying Tung Road (eastbound) opposite to Ying Tung Shopping Centre will continue to be temporary relocated Ying Tung Road (westbound) outside Ying Tung Shopping Centre;
- The Lantau Taxis and Urban Taxis Stands at Ying Tung Road (eastbound) opposite to Ying Tung Shopping Centre will continue to be temporary suspended; and
- The section of cycle track on Ying Tung Road (westbound) from its junction with the access road to Ying Tung Shopping Centre to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction will continue to be temporarily closed.
During the closure of the cycle track, cyclists are required to dismount upon reaching the above-mentioned location.
Appropriate traffic signs were erected on site to guide cyclists and pedestrians.
Public transport operators concerned had displayed notices to advise passengers of the above arrangement.
