Members of the public are advised that with effect from 6.00 am on 22 March 2023, on top of the existing arrangement, vehicles on Hoi Tat Street are allowed to turn left onto Sham Mong Road.

        The traffic movement will be indicated by appropriate traffic signals and road markings.
