Special Traffic and Transport Arrangements
for "Fire and Ambulance Services Academy Open Day"

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate the Fire and Ambulance Services Academy Open Day, the following special traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Tseung Kwan O on 6 November 2022 (Sunday).

(A) Road Closure

From 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Pak Shing Kok Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic, except emergency vehicles, franchised buses, and vehicles allowed for travelling to Fire and Ambulance Services Academy and Shaw Hong Kong Movie City.

(B) Public Transport Service Arrangements

To cope with the passenger demand during the event, special bus service Routes No. X797 (Tiu Keng Leng Station - Pak Shing Kok) and No. X90 (Wong Tai Sin to Pak Shing Kok and Pak Shing Kok to Choi Hung) will be operated by NWFB and KMB respectively. KMB Route No. 298 (Hang Hau Station - Pak Shing Kok (Circular)) will be extending the operating period. Details of the services are as below:

(C) Attention and Appeal

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists. Actual implementation of the road closure and traffic control will be made by the Police at the time depending on conditions in the areas. Any vehicles found illegally parked within the precinct of the special traffic arrangements might be towed away by the Police without prior notice.

        Since no parking spaces will be provided for the visitors in Fire and Ambulance Services Academy, visitors are advised to use public transport services as far as possible. NWFB and KMB will display notices at the bus stops to advise passengers of the arrangements of the above special bus services.
