In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 30 May 2022 to 6.00 p.m. on 29 May 2025, the section of Tsing Tin Road westbound from a point about 50 metres east of its junction with Ming Kum Road to a point about 420 metres east of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above section of road will be temporarily rescinded.

        Appropriate temporary traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
