Traffic Advice

Commencement of Operation of
Container Port Road Public Transport Interchange, Kwai Chung

        Members of the public are advised that with effect from 6:00 p.m. on 20 October 2018, the Container Port Road Public Transport Interchange, Kwai Chung, including the franchised bus bay, the green minibus ("GMB") bay, the pick-up and set-down points of non-franchised bus, the taxi stand and the general layby in the above Interchange will commence operation.

        Terminus of the following public transport services in Kwai Fong will relocate to the above Public Transport Interchange since first departure on 21 October 2018:

(1) Long Win E32 (Kwai Fong - Asiaworld-Expo) and E32A (Kwai Fong - Tung Chung Development Pier):

-  Trips for Kwai Fong Bound will be travelled via Hing Fong Road, Kwai Fuk Road and Container Port Road. Passengers alighting at en-route stop on Kwai Yan Road and Kwai Fong Station Bus Terminus currently could be alighting at the new en-route stop on Hing Fong Road outside The Metroplaza, Kwai Fuk Road outside the Kwai Tsing Theatre or the terminus at the Container Port Road Public Transport Interchange.

-  Trips for Tung Chung will be travelled via Container Port Road, Kwai Fuk Road, Kwai Yan Road and Kwai Yi Road before resume original routing. Passengers aboard at the Kwai Fong Station Bus Terminus could aboard at the new en-route stop at the Kwai Fong Station Bus Terminus.

(2) NT GMB 87A (Kwai Fong - Ngong Wan Road)

-  The services will travel via Container Port Road and Ngong Wan Road only.

        Public Transport Services operators will put up notice to advice passengers of the above arrangement.
