Traffic Advice 

Opening of New Roads in Kowloon City District

     Members of the public are advised that the following new roads (please refer to the enclosed drawing) in Kowloon City District will be opened with effect from 10.00am on 28 May 2013:

• (a) Shing Cheong Road;
• (b) an unnamed road connecting Shing Fung Road and Shing Cheong Road;
• (c) Shing Fung Road; and
• (d) an unnamed road leading to the proposed Runway Park.

     Members of the public can access the abovementioned roads via Cheung Yip Street.

     Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
