You are invited to vote for best customer service TD staff
The Transport Department will hold the Best Customer Service Awards 2006/2007 election between November 20 and 24. All frontline staff of the Driving Services Section and the Licensing Section (including the Licensing Unit, the Vehicle Inspection and Records Unit, the Cross Boundary Unit and the Public Vehicles Unit) can be nominated and be voted by the public for their best customer services provided.
"The objective of the Award is to encourage our frontline staff to provide continued quality service to the public, and to exhibit our belief of 'Putting our Hearts into It' in our service," a department spokesman said, "We are determined to provide quality customer service that meets the expectations of our customers."
Members of the public are invited to visit the following participating offices during the election period and nominate the best frontline staff for the award:
Hong Kong Licensing Office, 3/F, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Hong Kong.
Kowloon Licensing Office, 2/F, Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon .
Kwun Tong Licensing Office, 5/F, Kowloon East Government Office, 12 Lei Yue Mun Road, Kowloon.
Sha Tin Licensing Office, 2/F., Sha Tin Government Offices, 1 Sheung Wo Che Road, Sha Tin, New Territories.
"There will be 41 individual and group awards. The results will be announced and the award presentation ceremony will be held in early February 2007," the spokesman said.
