Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Dai Cheong Street, Tai Po


        Motorists are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Dai Cheong Street during the periods as specified below:

        (I)    From 10.00 pm on 7 April 2025 to 6.00 am on 8 April 2025

(a)    Lane Closure

The fast lane of Dai Cheong Street westbound from a point about 75 meters east of its junction with Dai Fu Street to a point of about 65 meters west of the same junction will be temporarily closed.

(b)   Temporary Suspension of Overnight Goods Vehicle Parking Spaces


The following overnight goods vehicle parking spaces will be temporarily suspended:

      1. The southern kerbside lane of Dai Cheong Street westbound from a point about 120 meters east of its junction with Dai Fu Street to a point of about 30 meters east of the same junction; and
      2. The southern kerbside lane of Dai Cheong Street westbound from a point about 30 meters west of its junction with Dai Fu Street to a point of about 100 meters west of the same junction.
       (II)    From 10.00 pm on 9 April 2025 to 6.00 am on 10 April 2025
    (a)    Lane Closure


    The slow lane of Dai Cheong Street westbound from a point about 75 meters east of its junction with Dai Fu Street to a point of about 65 meters west of the same junction will be temporarily closed.

    (b)   Temporary Suspension of Overnight Goods Vehicle Parking Spaces

            The following overnight goods vehicle parking spaces will be temporarily suspended:

        1. The southern kerbside lane of Dai Cheong Street westbound from a point about 120 meters east of its junction with Dai Fu Street to a point of about 30 meters east of the same junction; and
        2. The southern kerbside lane of Dai Cheong Street westbound from a point about 30 meters west of its junction with Dai Fu Street to a point of about 100 meters west of the same junction.

            Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
