Traffic Notices

          In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation (14)(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 17 March 2025 to 4:00 p.m on 30 May 2025, the following road sections in Tseung Kwan O will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the northern kerbside lane of Chun Ying Street from a point about 60 metres east of its junction with Chun Choi Street to a point about 80 metres east of the same junction;
   2. the kerbside lane of the roundabout of Chun Ying Street; and
   3. the southern kerbside lane of Chun Ying Street from a point about 60 metres east of its junction with Chun Choi Street to a point about 80 metres east of the same junction.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

          At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
