Traffic Notices

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily on every Monday and Thursday during the period from 3 March 2025 to 12 May 2025, the section of Fanling Highway southbound carriageway from a point about 120 metres north of its junction with the link road connecting the south portal of Lung Shan Tunnel and the section of Fanling Highway southbound carriageway to a point about 420 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
