Traffic Notices

          In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation (14)(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 11:00 a.m. on 14 February 2025, the following road sections in Tseung Kwan O will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the western kerbside lane of Shek Kok Road from the roundabout of Shek Kok Road to a point about 160 metres south of the same roundabout;
   2. the kerbside lane of the roundabout of Shek Kok Road; and
   3. the eastern kerbside lane of Shek Kok Road from the roundabout of Shek Kok Road to a point about 60 metres south of the same roundabout.

          Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

          At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
