ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones in Kwun Tong
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 3 January 2025, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-
(a) the western kerbside lane of Chun Wah Road from a point about 30 metres north of its junction with the unnamed access road to Chun Wah Road Sports Centre to a point about 15 metres south of the same junction;
(b) the section of the unnamed access road to Chun Wah Road Sports Centre from its junction with Chun Wah Road to a point about 5 metres west of the same junction;
(c) the western kerbside lane of Chun Wah Road from a point about 5 metres north of its junction with the unnamed access road to Lok Wah Shopping Centre to a point about 50 metres south of the same junction;
(d) the section of the unnamed access road to Lok Wah Shopping Centre from its junction with Chun Wah Road to a point about 5 metres west of the same junction;
(e) the western kerbside lane of the unnamed access road to Lok Wah North Estate near On Wah House from its junction with Chun Wah Road to a point about 5 metres south of the same junction;
(f) the section of Chun Wah Road from its junction with On Wah Street to a point about 20 metres east of the same junction;
(g) the section of On Wah Street from its junction with Chun Wah Road to a point about 15 metres south of the same junction;
(h) the southern kerbside lane of Chun Wah Road between On Wah Street and Ngau Tau Kok Road;
(i) the eastern kerbside lane of Ngau Tak Kok Road from its junction with Chun Wah Road to a point about 60 metres south of the same junction;
(j) the western kerbside lane of Ngau Tak Kok Road from its junction with Fuk To Street to a point about 170 metres south of the same junction;
(k) the southern kerbside lane of Fuk To Street from its junction with Ngau Tak Kok Road to a point about 25 metres west of the same junction;
(l) the western kerbside lane of the slip road of Ngau Tau Kok Bus Terminus near Chun Wah Raod;
(m) the eastern kerbside lane of the slip road of Ngau Tau Kok Bus Terminus between Chun Wah Raod and Jordan Valley North Road; and
(n) the southern kerbside lane of Jordan Valley North Road from its junction with the slip road of Ngau Tau Kok Bus Terminus to a point about 15 metres east of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
