Traffic Notices

    In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 6 December 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:-

1. the northern kerbside lane of Tsing San Path from its junction with Tsing Chung Koon Road to a point about 55 metres east of the same junction;
2. the northern kerbside lane of Tsing San Path from a point about 70 metres east of its junction with Tsing Chung Koon Road to a point about 175 metres east of the same junction; and
3. the southern kerbside lane of Tsing San Path from its junction with Tsing Chung Koon Road to a point about 175 metres east of the same junction.

    Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

    The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

    At the same time, the restricted zones gazetted on 26 September 2008 under G.N. No. 6631 will be rescinded.
