ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (Chapter 374G)
RESTRICTED ZONES ON YI CHING LANE, SHA TIN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 15 November 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the southern kerbside lane of Yi Ching Lane from a point about 35 metres east of its junction with Pak Hok Ting Street to the same junction;
   2. the northern kerbside lane of Yi Ching Lane from its junction with the unnamed access road connecting Pak Hok Ting Street and Yi Ching Lane to its junction with Pak Hok Ting Street; and
   3. the western kerbside lane of the unnamed access road connecting Pak Hok Ting Street and Yi Ching Lane from a point about 45 metres north of its junction with Yi Ching Lane to the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be rescinded.
