Tsing Ma Control Area Ordinance (Chapter 498)

          Notification is hereby given under section 7(2) of the Tsing Ma Control Area Ordinance (Chapter 498) that the Plan No. ISM3342 dated 1 September 2024 delineating the revised boundaries of the Tsing Ma Control Area ("the Area") has been deposited in the Land Registry on 2 September 2024.

          The Plan No. TWM3975 dated 2 April 2012 delineating the boundaries of the Area which was deposited in the Land Registry on 11 April 2012 has been superseded with effect from 1 September 2024.
