Special Traffic and Transport Arrangements in Sai Kung Town for Tin Hau Festival in 2024
Notice is hereby given that the following special traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented from 8.00 am on 6 May 2024 to 6.00 pm on 11 June 2024 in Sai Kung Town to facilitate Tin Hau Festival 2024:
b) Nin Chun Street will be temporarily converted from one-way southbound traffic to one-way northbound traffic; and
c) The section of Man Nin Street from its western junction with Yi Chun Street to its junction with Nin Chun Street will be temporarily converted from one-way eastbound traffic to two-way traffic.
Affected motorists on Man Nin Street heading for Po Tung Road are advised to access via Nin Chun Street northbound and Man Nin Street westbound.
C) Green Minibus ("GMB") Temporary Termini Relocation and Route DiversionThe termini for New Territories GMB Route Nos. 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 4A on Yi Chun Street will be temporarily relocated to Man Nin Street near the promenade. The above GMB routes will be temporarily diverted via Nin Chun Street northbound and Man Nin Street westbound before resuming its original routeing.
D) Temporary Suspension of Taxi StandThe taxi stand on Yi Chun Street will be temporarily suspended.
E) Temporary Suspension of Parking SpacesThe following parking spaces will be temporarily suspended:

Appropriate traffic aids will be provided on site and police officers will be stationed to guide motorists. GMB operators concerned will post up notices to advise passengers of the temporary service arrangements.
