ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
Rescission of Temporary Speed Limit
on Castle Peak Road – New Ting Kau, Tsuen Wan

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 a.m on 14 July 2023, the temporary speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour on the section of Castle Peak Road – New Ting Kau eastbound from its junction with Castle Peak Road – Ting Kau near Ting Yat Road to a point about 470 meters east of the same junction as gazetted in G.N. 2560 of 2023 will be rescinded.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to remind motorists of the speed limit.
