Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements at Tai Tong, Yuen Long
To facilitate the upsurge of visitors going to Tai Lam Country Park, members of the public are advised that the following temporary traffic and transport arrangement will be implemented at Tai Tong during the period as specified below:
(II) Special Public Transport Arrangement
Bus services operated in Tai Tong will be enhanced with details as follows:
| MTRC Route K66A ( Long Ping Station (near Yuet Ping House, Long Ping Estate) –Tai Tong Shan Road (near Pavilion)) Operating period (from 4 December 2021 to 16 January 2022) · On Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: From 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. for Tai Tong bound service; and, from 1.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. for Long Ping Station bound service. Fare $4.8 per single journey for adult and $2.1 per single journey for child and senior citizen |
Actual implementation of and adjustments to the arrangement of road closure, traffic control and public transport services diversion will be made by the Police at the time depending on the prevailing circumstances, traffic and crowd conditions in the areas.
Appropriate temporary traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised not to drive to the affected areas, and to drive with utmost care and patience and take heed of the instruction given by the Police on site.
