Permanent Closure of the Elevated Road connecting
Prince Edward Road East eastbound and Concorde Road, Kowloon City
Notice is hereby given that in order to facilitate the road improvement works, the elevated road connecting Prince Edward Road East eastbound and Concorde Road will be closed to all vehicular traffic with effect from 1:30 a.m. on 17 August 2017.
In connection with the above road closure, the following traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on 17 August 2017 at the times specified below:
I. Traffic Arrangements
(A) Traffic Diversions
In connection with the above road closure, the following traffic diversions will be implemented with effect from 1:30 a.m. on 17 August 2017:
(i) Vehicles on Concorde Road heading to Prince Edward Road East eastbound will be diverted to route via Kai San Road northbound, Tsat Po Street eastbound, Luk Hop Street eastbound, Sze Mei Street roundabout and the temporary road leading to Prince Edward Road East eastbound; and
(ii) Vehicles on Prince Edward Road East eastbound heading to Kai Tak area will be diverted to route via the temporary road leading to Sze Mei Street roundabout, Luk Hop Street westbound, Tsat Po Street westbound, Kai San Road southbound and Concorde Road.
II. Transport Arrangements
(A) Bus Services Arrangements
(i) Bus Diversions
In connection with the above road closure, the following bus diversions will be implemented from their first departures on 17 August 2017:

(ii) Addition of bus stop
In connection with the above bus diversions, a bus stop will be added at Concorde Road near Trade and Industry Tower with effect from 5:30 a.m. on 17 August 2017.
(B) Green Minibus (GMB) Services Arrangements
(i) GMB Diversion
In connection with the above road closure, the following GMB diversion will be implemented from its first departure on 17 August 2017:

(ii) Cancellation of GMB stop
In connection with the above GMB diversion, the GMB stop of Kowloon GMB Route No. 88 at Prince Edward Road East eastbound outside Prince Industrial Building will be cancelled with effect from 6:00 a.m. on 17 August 2017.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
