Service Adjustments of KMB Route Nos. 99, 99R and 299X
Members of the public are advised that the service of KMB Route Nos. 99, 99R and 299X will be adjusted as follows:
(A) Bus-Bus Interchange Fare Discounts between KMB Route Nos. 99 (Sai Kung - Heng On) and 299X (Sai Kung - Sha Tin Central)
With effect from 8 November 2014 (Saturday), the following fare discounts will be offered to the passengers who pay the fares by Octopus when making the following interchanges:

(B) KMB Route No. 99R (Sai Kung (North) - University Station)
With effect from 9 November 2014 (Sunday), the route will be diverted via Sai Sha Road in lieu of Ma On Shan Bypass for both bounds. The following bus stops will be added:
‧Sai Kung (North) bound: Sai Sha Road near Bayshore Tower
‧University Station bound: Sai Sha Road near Ma On Shan Town Centre
In addition, new section fares of $9.40 will be offered to passengers travelling from Ma On Shan Town Centre to Sai Kung (North) or travelling from Sai O to University Station.
(C) KMB Route No. 299X (Sai Kung - Sha Tin Central)
With effect from 10 November 2014 (Monday), the departures from Sai Kung before 7.00 a.m. on Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) will go via Wai Man Road (southbound), Fuk Man Road, Po Tung Road and Tai Mong Tsai Road in lieu of Wai Man Road (northbound). The following bus stops on Tai Mong Tsai Road will be observed:
‧Tai Mong Tsai Road near Sha Kok Mei
‧Tai Mong Tsai Road near Muk Min Shan
KMB will display notices inside the vehicles and all relevant bus stops to inform passengers of the above arrangements.
