The newly completed Transport Department Vehicle Examination Complex will commence services in phases from April 1 to reprovision three existing government vehicle examination centres, namely New Kowloon Bay Vehicle Examination Centre, Kowloon Bay Vehicle Examination Centre and To Kwa Wan Vehicle Examination Centre.
