In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 14 April 2025 to 6.00 pm on 9 July 2025, the western kerbside lane of Kin Tak Street (northbound) from a point about 20 metres west of its junction with the unnamed access road leading to Kin Tak Street Car Park to a point about 35 meters west of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

        At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
