ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Temporary Restricted Zones on Tung Tau Tsuen Road and Tung Tsing Road, Wong Tai Sin


       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 3 April 2025 to 6.00 p.m. on 30 June 2025, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily: -


(i)     the southern kerbside lane of Tung Tau Tsuen Road from its junction with Tung Tsing Road to a point about 95 metres west of the same junction (except the lay-by); and

(ii)    the southern kerbside lane of Tung Tsing Road from its junction with Tung Tau Tsuen Road to a point about 15 metres east of the same junction.


       Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from: -


(a)    picking up or setting down passengers; or

(b)    loading or unloading goods.


       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
