Traffic Notices

          In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that the section of Fanling Highway northbound from a point about 560 metres south of its junction with Kai Leng roundabout to a point about 100 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour from 1:00 am to 5:00 am daily between 31 March 2025 and 18 April 2025 (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

          At the same time, the existing speed limit of 100 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
