Traffic Notices
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 am on 10 January 2025, the northern kerbside lane of Po Lam Road from a point about 50 meters east of its junction with Sau Mau Ping Road to a point about 60 meters east of the same junction will be designated as a restricted zone (except taxi pick up/ drop off) from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm daily (except general holidays).
Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses, taxi and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
At the same time, the existing restricted zone on the above road section will be rescinded.
