ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Restricted Zones in Kwun Tong
In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10:00 a.m. on 20 December 2024, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:
(a) the eastern kerbside lane of San Lee Street from its junction with Shun Ching Street to a point about 40 metres north of the same junction;
(b) the eastern kerbside lane of San Lee Street from its junction with Lee On Road to a point about 40 metres south of the same junction;
(c) the western kerbside lane of San Lee Street between New Clear Water Bay Road and Lee on Road;
(d) the southern kerbside lane of Lee On Road from its junction with San Lee Street to a point about 20 metres east of the same junction;
(e) the southern kerbside lane of Lee On Road from its junction with San Lee Street to a point about 190 metres west of the same junction;
(f) the northern kerbside lane of Shun Ching Street from a point about 100 metres east of its junction with San Lee Street to a point about 140 metres east of the same junction; and
(g) the eastern kerbside lane of Shun Lee Tsuen Road from a point about 130 metres south of its junction with Shun King Street to a point about 190 metres south of the same junction.
Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:
(a) picking up or setting down passengers; or
(b) loading or unloading goods.
The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
