TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on A Kung Ngam Road, Chai Wan

        Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate road resurfacing works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on A Kung Ngam Road during the period specified below:

I. From 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on 27 November 2024

a. Temporary Traffic Arrangement

The section of A Kung Ngam Road between Ming Wa Dai Ha Phase 1 and Ming Wa Dai Ha Block E will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic to one-lane two-way traffic.

b. Temporary Transport Arrangement

i. The bus stop for CTB route no. 85 (Siu Sai Wan bound) at A Kung Ngam Road northbound outside Ming Wah Dai Ha Block F will be temporarily suspended;

ii. The bus stop for CTB route no. 85 (North Point bound) at A Kung Ngam Road southbound opposite Ming Wah Dai Ha Block G will be temporarily suspended; and

iii. The bus stop for CTB route no. 85 (North Point bound) at A Kung Ngam Road southbound opposite Ming Wah Dai Ha Block C will be temporarily relocated for about 40 metres northwards.

II. From 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on 28 November 2024

a. Temporary Traffic Arrangement

The section of A Kung Ngam Road outside Ming Wa Dai Ha Block A to Block D will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic to one-lane two-way traffic.

b. Temporary Transport Arrangement

i. The bus stop for CTB route no. 85 (Siu Sai Wan bound) at A Kung Ngam Road northbound outside Ming Wah Dai Ha Block F will be temporarily relocated for about 30 metres southwards;

ii. The bus stop for CTB route no. 85 (Siu Sai Wan bound) at A Kung Ngam Road northbound outside Ming Wah Dai Ha Block B will be temporarily suspended; and


iii. The bus stop for CTB route no. 85 (North Point bound) at A Kung Ngam Road southbound opposite to Ming Wah Dai Ha Block C will be temporarily suspended.

III. From 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on 29 November 2024

a. Temporary Traffic Arrangement

The section of A Kung Ngam Road near Shau Kei Wan Government Primary School will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic to one-lane two-way traffic.

b. Temporary Transport Arrangement

i. The bus stop for CTB route no. 85 (Siu Sai Wan bound) at A Kung Ngam Road northbound outside Ming Wah Dai Ha Block B will be temporarily relocated for about 30 metres southwards; and

ii. The bus stop for CTB route no. 85 (Siu Sai Wan bound) at A Kung Ngam Road northbound outside Shau Kei Wan Government Primary School will be temporarily relocated for about 70 metres northwards.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
