Motorists are advised that, to facilitate road works on Fanling Highway, about 2.3 kilometres of the middle lane and fast lane of Fanling Highway (eastbound) from a point outside Kam Tsin Village Ho Tung School to a point near Fanling Green Park Villa will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 12.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily on Tuesdays to Fridays (except public holidays) from 27 November 2024 (Wednesday) to 20 December 2024 (Friday), while the slow lane will not be affected.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience.
