ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (Chapter 374)
Temporary Speed Limit on Airport Road, Chek Lap Kok

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 12 midnight to 5 a.m. on 11, 15, 17 and 23 November 2024 daily, the section of Airport Road northbound from a point about 300 metres north of its junction with North Lautau Highway to a point about 1000 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

       At the same time, the speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
