Members of the public are advised that, to facilitate Development of Lok Ma Chau Loop, the following permanent traffic arrangements will be implemented on Ha Wan Tsuen East Road with effect from 2.00 p.m. on 21 October 2024:

1. converted from one-lane one-way traffic to two-lane two-way traffic; and
2. designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily.

　　Appropriate road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists.  Members of the public are reminded to note relevant road markings erected for indicating the extent of the restricted zones.
