TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Ping Che Road, North District

Motorists are advised that, to facilitate sewerage works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Ping Che Road from 6 p.m. on 21 August 2024 (Wednesday) to 7 p.m. on 13 January 2025 (Monday):

• A section of the Ping Che Road from a point about 30 meters north of its junction with Kong Nga Po Road to a point about 70 meters north of the same junction will be temporarily converted to one-lane two-way traffic; and
• A section of the Ping Che Road from a point about 35 meters south of its junction with Kong Nga Po Road to a point about 80 meters south of the same junction will be temporarily converted to one-lane two-way traffic.

The bus stop of KMB Route No. 79K on Ping Che Road northbound near Lee Uk Tsuen (Ta Kwu Ling bound) will be relocated to about 80 meters northward. The bus stop of KMB Route No. 79K on Ping Che Road (southbound) near Lee Uk Tsuen (Sheung Shui bound) will be suspended. Affected passengers are advised to use the bus stop on Ping Che Road (southbound) near Sing Ping Village which is about 100 meters south of the original stop.

The bus company will display notices at the bus stops to advise passengers of the above temporary transport arrangement. Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
