Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate the lift installation works on the footbridge across Fanling Highway near Avon Park, the following lanes will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic from 00.01 am to 05:00 am on certain days between 30 July 2024 and 14 August 2024 (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays):

1. The section of the middle and fast lanes of Fanling Highway northbound from a point about 400 metres south of its junction with Pak Wo Road to a point about 280 metres north of the same junction; and
2. The section of the slow and middle lanes of Fanling Highway northbound from a point about 140 metres north of its junction with Pak Wo Road to a point about 500 metres north of the same junction.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care.
