In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 26 July 2024 to 6.00 pm on 23 January 2025, Pak Tai Street Car Park (Open) will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone 24 hours daily (except motorcycles).

        Drivers of all motor vehicles, except motorcycles and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles into the above prohibited zone.

        The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.

        At the same time, the existing prohibited zone on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
