Member of the public are advised that, to facilitate road improvement works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on South Lantau Road from 9 a.m. on 20 July 2024 (Saturday) to 6 p.m. on 3 August 2024 (Saturday):

1. Lane closure
   
   The section of South Lantau Road eastbound from a point about 40 metres west of its eastern junction with Cheung Fu Street to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction (near Miami Garden) will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic. The above road section will be temporary converted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic.
   
   
2. Traffic diversion
   
   Affected vehicles travelling to or from Cheung Fu Street via the eastern junction of Cheung Fu Street and South Lantau Road will be temporarily diverted via the western junction of Cheung Fu Street and South Lantau Road.
   
   
3. Temporary bus stop relocation
   
   The bus stop for NLB Route Nos. 1, 2, 4, 11, 11A, 23, A35 and N35 on South Lantau Road eastbound near Leyburn Villas will be temporarily relocated about 50 metres ahead.

      Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to drive with utmost care and patience. Notices will be displayed by the bus company to inform passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
